Erica Speiser

Erica brings with her over 20 years of experience in accounting, financial statement preparation, and governmental audits. A graduate of Saint Leo University, Erica began her career in 1999 alongside Tina Callahan and Steve Tilley, laying the foundation for a career built on collaboration, integrity, and technical expertise.

Before co-founding TCS & Associates, Erica developed deep experience across accounting, payroll, and firm management. Her operational insight and steady leadership have been instrumental in building a firm culture centered on quality, trust, and client care. Today, Erica leads firm operations, mentors team members, and ensures consistent delivery of high-quality work to clients across industries.

Originally from Starke, Florida, Erica now lives in Keystone Heights after selling her Flagler Beach home to be closer to family and embrace a slower, more intentional lifestyle. She enjoys small-town living—picking strawberries, exploring farmers markets, and taking beach vacations with her husband, Bill, and their French bulldog, Koda. Her daughter is an engineer in Tampa, and her son lives in Minnesota. Family remains the heart of everything Erica does, inspiring the way she leads and the way she serves clients. Her commitment to people—both clients and team—continues to shape the culture and vision of TCS & Associates.
