Linda Mitchell - Accounting Admin

Linda joined TCS as our Accounting Administrator, bringing with her a strong blend of professionalism, operational expertise, and a passion for client service. Prior to TCS, Linda spent 23 years in the banking industry, most notably as Operations Manager at Wells Fargo. Her impressive background inspired the creation of this role specifically for her—an example of our commitment to growth and continuous improvement.

In her role, Linda handles a wide range of essential tasks, including pulling and reconciling bank statements, confirming accounts payable, preparing sales tax returns, organizing client documents, and ensuring key compliance deadlines are met. With a QuickBooks® Online certification and a keen eye for detail, she helps keep client accounting on track with accuracy and care.

Linda is married with two children and enjoys visiting her son in Chicago. A true animal lover, she shares her home with five beloved dogs and frequently takes them on beach adventures. Outside of work, she finds joy in gardening, golfing, and line dancing. Linda also gives back to her community through her volunteer work with Habitat for Humanity, reflecting her kind spirit and dedication to helping others.
