Lisa Boobyer - Staff Tax Accountant

Lisa brings a strong foundation of expertise in corporate and individual tax preparation. She has managed a wide range of responsibilities, including client payroll, monthly tax submissions, federal filings, and financial statement preparation. Her technical proficiency spans QuickBooks®, Excel, UltraTax, and client engagement platforms, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in every task she handles.

Prior to joining TCS, Lisa served as Payroll/Accounting Manager at the Bay County Sheriff's Office, where she managed payroll for over 300 employees, led account reconciliations, and oversaw complex systems integrations. Her sharp attention to detail, process-driven mindset, and ability to navigate intricate financial systems make her a trusted resource for both clients and colleagues.

Lisa is especially proud of her daughter, who attends the University of Florida to study computer engineering—a testament to the strong values and work ethic that run in her family.

Outside of work, Lisa enjoys relaxing at the beach, reading a good book, traveling, and spending quality time with her loved ones.
