Tina Callahan, CPA - Partner

Tina is a licensed CPA in both Florida and Wisconsin, with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a master’s in business administration. Before co-founding TCS & Associates, she built her career at several CPA firms in the Jacksonville area. Tina’s passion for helping business owners is deeply personal. As a teenager, she witnessed her father’s business close after ARCO withdrew from the Midwest. That experience fuels her commitment to guiding clients through the challenges of running a business, so they can avoid the hardship her family once faced.

With extensive experience across individual and corporate tax, complex financial statement preparation, tax planning, and mergers and acquisitions, Tina brings a broad and valuable perspective to every engagement. She works closely with new clients, advises business owners, and is constantly seeking innovative ways to improve processes and operations.

Tina is actively involved with her Church and has a heart for missions. She’s been to Amsterdam, Cuba, Cyprus, Haiti, South Africa, Zambia and Zimbabwe. Originally from Wisconsin, Tina moved to Florida in 1995. She met her husband, Paul Parsons, in Jacksonville Beach in 2004, and together they have a teenage daughter. A beach girl at heart, she enjoys travel and all things Disney—with a goal of visiting every Disney Park around the world, even the new one planned in Abu Dhabi.
